- All requests for this guarantee are submitted to our customer service support desk within 30 days of the purchase date on our Contact Form
- A photo of the product and your receipt must be provided along with a written description of the product issue.
- We reserve the right to dispute this claim if we have any reason to believe that you are exercising this offer for self-gain. If you have exercised this offer repeatedly, we reserve the right to dispute this claim. Refunds are discretionary and based on number of and nature of claims per patient.
